That speed is possible because we hand-code every site from scratch using modern, efficient tooling — no bloated page builders, no template hunting, no back-and-forth revision cycles that stretch into weeks. Day one covers the initial design and build based on what we discussed. Day two is for your review, any tweaks or revisions, and final launch prep including SEO, speed optimization, and testing across devices. Larger projects like e-commerce stores or sites with extensive custom functionality may take a few extra days.

Discovery is where we learn about your business, your customers, and your goals. You fill out a brief intake form covering your services or products, target audience, geographic area, competitors, and any design preferences. We review your existing branding, website (if you have one), and any examples of sites you like. Then we have a conversation — via Instagram DM or a screen-share call — to dig deeper into what you need your website to accomplish. The goal is to design with strategy, not guesswork, so every layout decision traces back to something that matters for your specific business.

A lot — it's your website, and you know your business better than anyone. After we've completed Discovery, we create a custom homepage mockup based on everything we discussed and deliver it within 48 hours for your feedback. You tell us what you like, what you'd change, and what doesn't feel right. We revise based on your input and send an updated version. Once the design direction is locked in, we build out the remaining pages. Most clients are set after one or two rounds of feedback because the Discovery phase ensures we're aligned from the start.

Development is where the approved design becomes a working, interactive website. We hand-code every page using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no page builders, no drag-and-drop editors, no pre-built templates. During this stage we also handle all the technical details: responsive breakpoints so the site looks perfect on every screen size, image optimization for fast loading, structured data and meta tags for search engines, form integration so your contact and lead capture forms work, SSL security setup, and performance testing. By the end of development, your site is fully functional and ready for final review.

Launch day is more than flipping a switch. Before your site goes live, we run a thorough pre-launch checklist: every page is tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop; all links and buttons are verified; forms are tested to confirm submissions reach your inbox; page speed is measured and optimized; meta titles and descriptions are double-checked; and SSL certificates are confirmed active. Once everything passes, your site goes live. After launch, we monitor for any issues and stay available for questions. We'll assess your current site's strengths and weaknesses, preserve what's working (valuable content, established SEO rankings, strong brand elements), and rebuild everything else from the ground up. We handle the full migration: transferring your content, setting up redirects so old URLs point to the right new pages, and making sure your Google rankings are protected during the transition. The redesigned site typically launches in about two days, and we structure the cutover so there's little to no downtime for your visitors.
